Symptoms related to the urinary system may present as pelvic or lower abdominal pain or pressure, burning or stinging on passing urine, leaking urine or passing urine more frequently during the day or night.
 

A thorough history and physical examination is required to determine the cause and appropriate treatment. In some cases further tests to rule out infection or an ultrasound scan may be recommended.

• Urine specimen

• Management advice e.g. pain relief, lifestyle advice

• Prescription arrangement

• Written medical report which can be posted or emailed to yourself and health professional(s) of your choice

• Notification of results of any test
